Over its twenty-year history, the Company has built a diversified portfolio of high-quality properties. The three fundamental pillars supporting Windy Point’s investment strategy can be summarized as:

By its nature, investing involves risk. The company looks for investment opportunities where the balance between risk and reward is appropriate. Conversely, Windy Point avoids situations where risk cannot be accurately measured or priced. Risk measurement and management are pervasive and active. From an opportunistic perspective, the company will consider investments with higher risk profiles if the investment fits with the overall balance of the portfolio and can improve risk-adjusted returns.
